He was born in 1976 in a family of photographers. He has a degree in Philosophy-Sociology from the University of Tirana, Albania. Bevis is full time dedicated to photography and he is living in Tirana Albania. He is a member of photographic agency Anzenberger in Vienna, Austria also member of photographic collective Metrocollective in Washington, USA.

1998/1999 — Worked for the Albanian Press as a photo-reporter, supplying various magazines and newspapers such as "RD", "Zeri I Rinise", "Drita", "Gazeta Shqiptare" "Tema", "Panorama" "Paloma" 1999 — Became Member of the Association of Professional Journalists of Albania March 98/99/00/01/02/03/04 — Attended the International Exhibition of Photography "Marubi" held at the Gallery of Arts located in Tirana, Albania 2000/2001 — Worked as a staff photographer for "XXL" magazine in Tirana. December 2001 — Attended the workshop/seminar " WPHPh Sarajevo, Bosnia i Herzegovina organized by FOTO gallery and World Press Photo foundation in Amsterdam, Netherlands. January/April 2002 — Worked as a staff photographer for "Spekter" magazine in Tirana. March 2002 — Worked as a staff photographer for "Trendy" magazine in Tirana. June 2002/2003 — Personal exhibition at "Moving Culture" organized by International Center of Culture in Tirana. September 2002 — Attended the workshop/seminar " WPHPh Sarajevo, Bosnia i Herzegovina organized by FOTO gallery and World Press Photo foundation in Amsterdam, Netherlands. October 2002 — Exhibition sponsor's by UNDP organization, in National Gallery of Arts in Tirana.
